1. Pour massage oil onto palms and rub together to warm the oil before massaging on the body.
2. Face : Wash face, apply a few drops of Tanamera Cold Press Virgin Coconut Oil in your palm and massage onto skin with upward movement.
3. Body : Apply Tanamera Cold Press Virgin Oil on damp skin after bathing. Best used daily.
4. Hair : Shampoo the hair and rinse. A few drops of Tanamera Cold Press Virgin Oil onto your palm and massage into hair and scalp then leave on for a while. Rinse and use conditioner like Tanamera Hair and Scalp Revitalizer.
5. For weekly care, mildly warm the oil (as hot oil) and massage in your scalp, afterward, comb your hair.

1. Is virgin coconut oil the same as cold pressed coconut oil?
   Not quite. Cold pressed describes the method: pressing without heat. Virgin describes the result: oil from fresh coconut flesh that has not been refined, bleached or deodorised. Tanamera's oil is both. Refined coconut oil can also be pressed cold, then stripped afterwards, which is why the two labels are not interchangeable.
2. Why has my coconut oil turned solid?
   Coconut oil solidifies below 24C. In an air-conditioned room in Malaysia it will go cloudy or firm, and that is normal. Stand the bottle in warm water for a few minutes and it turns clear again. Solidifying is a sign the oil is unrefined, not a sign it has spoiled.
3. Can I use this virgin coconut oil for cooking?
   This one is made and sold for external use, as a skin, hair and massage oil.
4. Is it safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
   Yes. Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil is safe during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, and it is commonly used on cracked nipples. It is also safe for newborns, babies and children.
5. How do I use it on my hair?
   Apply a few drops to your palms, work through hair and scalp, and leave for at least four hours or overnight. Warm it slightly for a weekly hot-oil treatment and wrap your head in a warm towel. Rinse, then follow with conditioner.
